What is ATRWG?
The Automatic Target Recognition Working Group (ATRWG) is a consortium of government and industry dedicated to the advancement of ATR tools, technologies, methodologies and their operational usage as well as continuing collaborative partnerships.
The ATRWG charter established two primary goals for the organization:
- To standardize imagery data formats
- To establish uniform criteria for the evaluation of ATR performance.
Additionally, ATRWG has provided a forum for technical interaction between researchers, developers, integrators, and testers and they also provide the Department of Defense information on ATRWG activities.
What are the requirements to register for ATRWG?
The requirements to be involved with ATRWG are the following:
- Must be a United States Citizen
- Must be working on a government contract
- Must have a valid security clearance
